1. General Information

At Hurghada Star, we make every effort to provide our customers with the highest quality of tourist services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the rules for canceling bookings and refunds for trips and services offered through our website.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

More than 48 hours before the trip starts

The customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Less than 48 hours before the trip starts

The refund may be reduced or not granted due to organizational costs incurred in connection with the booking.

Customer no-show

If the customer does not show up at the meeting point without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by Hurghada Star

If a trip is canceled by Hurghada Star for reasons beyond the customer’s control, such as:

  • unfavorable weather conditions,
  • safety concerns,
  • administrative restrictions,
  • operational issues,

the customer will receive the option of:

  • a full refund,
  • rescheduling the trip,
  • choosing another trip of similar value.

4. Booking Changes

Requests to change the trip date will be considered individually and depend on availability.

5. Payment Refunds

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund processing time is typically 5 to 14 business days, depending on the payment operator and the customer’s bank.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In special situations, such as sudden illness or other unforeseen events, each case may be considered individually. We may request appropriate documentation confirming the situation.
